Chapter 65- The final test

A full, tense month has passed. A full month being subjected to a challenge without any rules or targets. A month when a handful of new things happened in Kurama's life. A time when his passion for Botan has finally been set for life. The moment couldn't be more difficult. After the shock caused by Yomi's sentence, fortunately with a happy ending, the time was arrived for Kurama as well, who would pass for another test, but now a faster one.

Regardless, the most important thing now is how passionate Yomi and Kurama were. Yomi now is behaving like a father for Kurama, or even better, his guardian. The need to be physically close all the time has increased, and Botan can understand it somehow. He knows how important Yomi is important for Kurama and vice-versa, and really likes it. Yomi went from a ruthless youkai to an adorable being.
But Enma Daioh does not care about it, Botan is his daughter and shall be protected like a treasure. Although, Kurama still trying to push his relationship with her a step further, even more after Youko has gotten involved. Youko is a very cunning Youkai and loves Shuichi practically at sexual level, and is capable of doing any craziness to please him, resulting in a healthy relationship between the parts involved.
Hugging Yomi seemed to be an act that wouldn't stop, or, at least, started to get almost sacred. But Enma Daioh was in a hurry and don't want to waste any time:

-Kurama, it's your turn. Get prepared.

Kurama stops hugging Yomi, but keeps his hand over his shoulder:

-Yes, Mr. Enma Daioh, I'm eager for the result.

Enma stares at Kurama for several minutes, and talks to him, relived:

-I will give permission to stay with Botan, you have completed the second test with some warnings.
-Woooooaaaaa!!!

Kurama and Botan jump in happiness for having their relationship being allowed to happen. Botan hugs Kurama tightly. Yomi and Koenma also celebrate:

-Ah my fiery fox, you've been approved!- Botan kisses Kurama in the face repeatedly.
-Hold on, you have to pass by another challenge that will only last for 24 hours.- Enma stares at Kurama.
-What kind of challenge?

Enma's eyes shone strongly, dazing Kurama, who feel the ground moving:

-But, what's going on here!- He's scared.

The temperature rises dramatically, and his friends disappear:
 -Your new challenge will be to find Botan in the Hell, you only have 24 hours to do it. Take your decisions wisely...

At Yomitan, Byakuya feels a massive energy pulse from Reikai:

"-This is odd... why is Enma Daioh releasing all this illusion-making energy? How dare he!" - He thinks.
 After a few seconds, Kurama opens his eyes, and realize he's on a very damp, dark place:

-But... Yomi? Koenma? Byakuya?... and? Who is this woman?

The third and last challenge set by Enma might be the hardest. Enma studied Kurama's feelings thoroughly and certainly will push him to his limits.
